Yes. Anything that has to fit an existing structure - balustrades, gates, louvre screens, trench covers, pipe supports - is set out from a laser survey of the as-built condition rather than a nominal drawing dimension. That is what keeps a long run reading straight instead of stepping panel by panel.
Both. Most clients take the full package - detailing, fabrication, protective finishing and site erection - because it puts one team in charge of tolerances end to end. Supply-only fabrication to your own drawings is equally welcome if you have your own installation crew.
Hot-dip galvanising, zinc-rich primer with polyurethane top coats, architectural powder coating to a specified RAL, and mechanical finishes on stainless - satin, bead-blast or mirror polish. For coastal and humid locations we specify SS316 marine-grade stainless rather than SS304.
Yes. Our in-house CAD team produces shop and connection drawings for consultant or main-contractor approval before any steel is cut, and we issue as-built and material submittals as part of the handover pack.
