Send us a DXF and you get the part back — nested, cut, deburred and folded. Laser cutting removes the tolerance stack that comes from marking out and manual cutting, which matters most on assemblies where twenty parts have to line up at once.

DXF or DWG with closed vector outlines is ideal; STEP works for parts that also need folding. If you only have a PDF or a sketch, our CAD team can redraw it as a cutting file.
