Architectural metalwork is judged from arm's length, so it is fabricated to a different standard than structural steel. Weld seams get dressed flat, panel edges get returned, and the fixing pattern is designed to be invisible from the approach direction.
We work directly from the architect's model where one exists. Nesting the pattern digitally keeps the perforation rhythm consistent across every panel of a facade rather than resetting at each sheet boundary — the difference between a screen that reads as one surface and one that reads as a set of tiles.

Yes - perforated and laser-cut screens, cladding panels, feature stairs, reception and signage metalwork. These are made from the architect's intent drawings with our own workshop details for the fixings and joints behind them.
For visible architectural metalwork we produce a sample or mock-up panel for approval of the perforation, finish and joint line before the full batch is cut, which is far cheaper than reworking a facade.
Architectural powder coating over galvanised or pre-treated steel, anodised aluminium, and mechanically finished stainless. Selection follows the exposure - shaded internal atrium work and a fully exposed south elevation are not the same job.
We fabricate architectural metal in our own workshop and install with our own crews, so a site in Abu Dhabi or Ras Al Khaimah gets the same survey, the same shop drawings and the same finish as a site in Dubai.
